There is an enormous amount of musical material that has been composed earlier, and is now public domain. That's a free and rich base to work from.

In this project I try to rework real 'classics' while staying quite close to the original, yet bringing something completely fresh. It's a balancing act. Too close and it becomes an uninteresting cover, too far and spirit of the original is lost.
